Incepted in 2003, Karan Healthcare Private Limited has created a brand name in the pharmaceutical industry with its highly efficacious medical formulations. Our range includes: Tablets, Capsules, Ointments, Liquid Syrup, IV Fluids, Cough Tablets and Injectables.
Set up under the guidance of Mr. Karan Bhalla, we have made a tremendous mark for ourselves in the domestic and international markets. Focusing on the health aspects, we have developed formulations which can easily cure the ailments.
With a well planned R&D department which keeps a constant vigil on the new developments and technology in order to manufacture medicines and ointments. Quality We have developed products which are highly efficacious and free from side effects. Our framed quality policies are religiously practiced at all the production levels so that the best can be provided to our clients. We use raw materials like paracetamol and various other concentrates.
We have an in-house quality control department which has modern testing facilities for quality and hygienic packaging. Our team completely follows the norms and regulations mentioned and accordingly test the products on various verges to make them at par with the international standards. The products exported by us are also high in quality and conform to ISO and WHO GMP certifications. |
Manufacturing Facility We have created a highly spacious production unit for manufacturing medical formulations. Our unit is also fitted with temperature controllers to maintain and stabilize the temperature of the production unit as well as the medical propositions prepared. We maintain a completely hygienic environment and our production area is completely restricted for the entry of any outsider.
We have installed specialized automatic machines and processes for manufacturing medicines according to the exact required proportions. We with the assistance of our manpower and machines have earned an annual turnover of INR 6 billion. |
Team We have created a consolidated team of 20 medical associates, pharmaceutical professionals and experts from health care industry. They have complete knowledge about the production process and can accordingly deliver the products within the stipulated time frame. Our team of experts are industry specialists and boost up the morale of the employees constantly through their systematic production. |
Research & Development An independent R & D department staffed by well qualified chemists is involved in a range of research efforts, ranging from the development of new applications for existing products to upgrading formulation efficacy and improving their properties.
We possess a microbiological laboratory, equipped with the most modern facilities, to conduct routine and in-depth microbiological testing to assess raw materials, bulk and finished formulations of various developed and in process medicines and ointments. |
Packaging In order to maintain the safety, stability and integrity of our range of products, we ensure that they are safely packed and transmitted to the desired destination within the stipulated time frame. Our products are packed in blister packs as well as foils so that their properties and nature remains the same throughout. Such packaging protects the medicines from moisture and dust which can cause an effect on their characteristics. |
Clients We have created a wide client base with the assistance of our branch offices situated in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazikistan. Highly efficacious and reliable, our medicines can easily cure various ailments and are widely demanded in the overseas and domestic markets.
